  • Return Period: You can return your product within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

  • Eligibility: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, with all accessories included.

Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangable Items

  • Prescription Glasses: Prescription glasses cannot be returned or exchanged after lenses have been customized according to the customer’s prescription.

  • Sale Items: Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Contact Lenses: Contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened.

  • Exchanges: You can exchange the product for another of the same or higher value, with any price difference to be paid, within 3 days of receiving the order.
